Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 11.08.2017 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No. 2, whereby the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Primary Teacher (PRT) in terms of the Advt. No. 02/2012 dated 08.11.2012, was cancelled.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has specific instructions to withdraw the present petition, as she has been given adhoc appointment.

Learned State counsel draws the attention of this Court towards the letter dated 11.04.2023 issued by the Directorate of Elementary Education, wherein it is mentioned that the petitioner was given adhoc appointment on 04.09.2019 and in pursuance of order dated 13.09.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, regular appointment was given to her on 10.12.2022 and she has already joined as PRT in GPS Devinagar (Ambala).
