Learned proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that she has no instructions in the matter as the petitioner is not responding to the calls made by learned counsel. Learned counsel for the U.T., Chandigarh, on instructions, informs that cancellation report has already been filed in the complaint made by the petitioner.

CRM-M-38672-2022 (O&M) - 202.09.2022, parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for an amicable settlement. As per the report dated 23.09.2022 received from the Mediator, the parties have settled the matter amicably in terms of Settlement/Agreement dated 23.09.2022 which is already on record. The said fact has also been affirmed by learned counsel for respondent No.7. In view of the same, nothing survives in the present petition and the same stands disposed of.
