After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file an election petition for the redressal of the grievance of the petitioner that the counting of votes wherein, three less votes have been counted in favour of the petitioner, was incorrect. 2.
