Mr. Shruti Jain Goyal , Advocate for the petitioner(s) SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, especially, in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 21.05.

2026 (Annexure P-4), issued in purported compliance of the directions issued by this Court in CWP-PIL-86-2026 titled "Court on its Own Motion us State of Haryana", (Annexure P-3), vide which the Assistant/Deputy District Attorneys and District Attorneys have been transferred without calling any preferences/choices from them and without adopting any rational/ reasonable guidelines/criteria/policy, in a completely opaque, arbitrary, discrepant and discriminatory manner, in so much so that the officers working at one particular place have been transferred at the same place and the officers like the Petitioner, have been transferred to far off places (250 Kms. in the present case) without giving any consideration to their cases being a couple case; being in complete MEENU 2026.06.

CWP-17866-2026 -2contravention of settled principles/guidelines/ policies issued by the State Government from time to time and in contravention of Article 14, 16 & 21 of the Constitution of India as well as principles of natural justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to move necessary application in CWP-PIL-86-2026 titled "Court on its Own Motion us State of Haryana", (Annexure P-3). Prayer is accepted.
