While praying for the writ of certiorari, in essence, the petitioner prays for direction to the respondents to appoint him on the post of Vocational Master/Mistress (Mechanical) against the post reserved for the handicapped category.

As per the impugned order, the petitioner's candidature was rejected on the ground that the domicile certificate produced by him is of the year 2002, which is not valid. The recruitment notice was issued in the year 2009. There were two posts reserved for the candidates of the handicapped category. Both the posts have been filled up. The petitioner, as of now, is 57 years of age.

2023:PHHC:056562 Civil Writ Petition No. 4513 of 2015 petitioner has produced the medical fitness certificate only with respect to the post of Clerk apart from the old domicile certificate. Hence, he was not selected for the posts in question.

It has further been stated that both the posts were filled up in the year 2011. The selected candidates have not been impleaded as parties. As already noticed, the petitioner is already 57 years old. 5.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court does not find appropriate to issue any writ. Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge April 17, 2023 "DK"
