(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that despite restoration of licence of ration depot in favour of the petitioner by the Deputy Commissioner vide order dated 06.02.2018, needful has not been done till date. Petitioner has also filed a representation dated 29.04.2022 before the delegatee of respondent No.3, but till date no action has been taken even on the representation. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Minderjeet Yadav, D.A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to take all corrective steps in furtherance of order dated 06.02.2018 passed by respondent No.2. CWP No. 19766 of 2022 -2If there is no legal impediment in restoring the licence of ration depot of the petitioner, then the needful be done forthwith.
