(ORAL) On 12th of April, 2023, following was passed :- "Pursuant to order dated 13.03.2023 today an order passed under the signatures of Chairman Executive Committee dated 10.04.2023 has been produced, as per which it has been recommended that the petitioner be allowed to join on the post she was already holding with immediate effect and a lumpsum amount of Rs.5.00 lakhs be paid to her towards arrears of salary with the stipulation that she will not claim any further amount in connection with the arrears and qua her promotion the matter shall be put before the Executive Committee on the said date.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the said recommendations by the Executive committee are yet to be put before the general house and thus cannot be said to have attained finality.

CWP-24844-2017 -22023:PHHC:078027 Today Mr. Doon submits that the recommendations of the Executive Committee stand approved by the General House. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has accepted the proposal. She is ready to join on the post she was already holding and is ready to accept lump sum amount of Rs.5.00 lacs towards arrears of salary and undertakes not to claim any further amount in connection with the arrears.

At this stage, Mr. Doon submits that the petitioner be asked to mend her ways and not to create any ruckus.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner undertakes to be a good and well behaved employee for future. The parties shall remain bound by their undertakings.
