Today, learned State counsel on instructions from SI Jagdeep has apprised the Court that after investigation in the matter, cancellation report has already been submitted before the Court of competent jurisdiction and the same is pending for consideration. In view of the above, no case is made out to quash the FIR in question and as such the petition is disposed off at this stage. However, it would be open to the petitioners to raise all the pleas before the learned Illaqa Magistrate where the cancellation report is pending for consideration.
