Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage as the election petition is pending before the Election Tribunal constituted by the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana High Court. However, he may be given liberty to avail appropriate remedy, in case any grievance survives after the decision therein.
