Amol Rattan Singh, J (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harmeet Singh, submits that the petitioners having joined investigation, presently their custodial interrogation is not required. That being so, the order dated 09.08.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. They shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
