The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the order dated 30.09.2022 (Annexure P-4) in case FIR No.127 dated 26.11.2019 under Sections 15 and 25 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana. 2.

In furtherance of the order dated 31.07.2023, the petitioner has appeared before the concerned Court on 07.08.2023. 3.

In view of the above, the impugned order dated 30.09.2022 (Annexure P-4) in FIR No.127 dated 26.11.2019 under Sections 15 and 25 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana stands quashed.
