(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Madhu Hazra in case FIR No.11 dated 28.06.2019 registered under Sections 406, 447, 448, 120-B IPC at Police Station NRI, District Moga. On instructions from ASI Harwinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Madhu Hazra has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 25.09.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
