Present second petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.0160 dated 04.10.2023, under Sections 363, 366 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; and Section 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Rozka Meo, Distruct Nuh.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 3.
