Notice of motion.

Mr. R.K. Doon, AAG, Haryana accepts notice for respondents. Without going into merits and demerits of the case, I deem it appropriate to issue direction to respondent Nos.4 & 5 to decide the representation, which shall be submitted by petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and they shall consider the same and pass a speaking order thereon within a period of one week thereafter. If petitioner submits the representation within a period of one week as directed by this Court, operation of impugned order shall remain stayed and in case, speaking order is passed against the petitioner, his services shall not be terminated till one week from the date of passing of such order, in order to enable the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law. In case representation of petitioner is not decided as per direction given by this Court, respondents No.4 and 5 shall be liable to PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.09.09 14:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
