[The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual court.] Respondent-Food Corporation of India, vide e-tender notice dated 10.07.2018 (P-1), invited e-tenders for a period of two years for the appointment of Handling and Transport Contractors and Road Transport Contractor for various centers at different districts of Haryana. Petitioner, a partnership firm submitted its bid. In the Technical Bid Evaluation Report uploaded on the official website of respondents, petitioner-company was shown to have been disqualified. Hence, the present writ petition inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the Technical Bid Examination Report dated 06.09.2018 (P-4). Thereafter, the work was awarded to respondent No. 3 vide letter dated 11.09.2018 (A-2), who continues to carry out the allotted work thereafter. Notice of motion was issued.

CWP 23146 of 2018 (O&M) petitioner submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous as the period for which the contract was to be awarded has elapsed. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
