**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a direction to respondent No.3 to pass a well reasoned and speaking order on legal notice dated 06.11.2017 (Annexure P-4).
Learned State Counsel submits that vide order dated 28.01.2019 (Annexure R-1), legal notice has been decided and services of the petitioner have been regularized with immediate effect. The grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, therefore, no cause of action survives in present writ petition and same may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
Ordered accordingly.
However, in case petitioner is aggrieved with order dated 28.01.2019 (Annexure R-1), she shall be at liberty to challenge the same, in accordance with law.
