**** Rajbir Sehrawat, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.216 dated 17.06.2019 registered under Sections 323, 324, 452, 506 and 34 IPC at Police Station Bhuna, District Fatehabad (Haryana). Counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim direction granted vide order dated 09.08.2019, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Learned counsel appearing for the State of Haryana has not disputed the fact regarding petitioners' joining the investigation. In view of the above, the interim order dated 09.08.2019 is made absolute.
