They allege that the two streets in their village through which they have access to their houses are not being constructed by the Punjab Mandi Board due to internal politics though these are duly sanctioned and are to be made pakka under the 'Pardhanmantri Gram Sarak Yojna'. A complaint against non-construction of these streets appears to have been made by the petitioners to various authorities including the Deputy Commissioner, Fazilka (P-6). Taking into consideration the nature of relief sought but without expressing any views on the allegations, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Deputy MOHINDER KUMAR 2016.03.01 14:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
