(Oral) This writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the inaction of respondents No.2 and 3 in adopting the wrong answer key (Annexure P-4 & P-6 Colly) for evaluating the question for Eligibility Test (PSTET)-2017 (Annexure P-2) and other prayers have also been made.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Vikasjeet Singh, Senior Assistant o/o State Council Educational Research & Training has submitted that the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners to rebut the aforesaid aspect.
