(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., is for quashing of FIR No.172, dated 11.04.2018, registered under Sections 323, 341, 379, 506 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Salem Tabri, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom arising out of the said FIR, on the basis of compromise dated 20.04.2018 (Annexure P-2). At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage. In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
