(ORAL) Ms. Samina Dhir, learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, has appeared on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 in this case in pursuance of the copies of the instant petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance and she, on the instructions from ASI Kamaljit Singh, Police Station Sadar Kurali, submits that two accused namely Paramvir Singh and Sarabjit Kaur have been extended the relief of anticipatory bail and as regards the third accused Karamjit Singh, the raids are being conducted to nab him and the proceedings to declare him a proclaimed person are going to be initiated very shortly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition in view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn.
