Learned counsel for the State at the outset points out, on instructions from ASI Lakhwinder Kaur, that there is material concealment in the present petition in as much as in para-23 it has been stated that the petitioner is not involved in any other case/FIR as per instructions given to the counsel by the petitioner, whereas, FIR No.106 dated 24.06.2021 under Sections 453, 323, 324, 148, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 is stated to be lodged against the petitioner in Police Station Guruharsahib, District Ferozepur.

Faced with the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the non-mentioning of the other cases is inadvertent and seeks PARKASH CHAND 2023.08.02 14:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

2023:PHHC:098691 CRM-M No.37153 of 2023 -2permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
