Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) CM No.5627-CWP of 2024 For reasons stated, the application is allowed. The date of hearing of the main case is advanced to today, and is taken on Board today itself.
Main Case This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant/release the benefits to the petitioners as per Clause 11 of Teacher Transfer Policy (TTP), 2016, and letter No.2/15/2018 dated 10.05.2018, Annexure P-4, since the petitioners have been posted in District Nuh (Mewat).

The petitioners belong to Rest of Haryana Cadre and were posted in Mewat District pursuant to the aforementioned transfer policies. AVIN KUMAR 2024.04.16 15:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

Learned State counsel is not in a position to dispute that under the said transfer policies, the petitioner is entitled to benefit of additional ten per cent basic pay with dearness allowance. He submits that the same shall be released expeditiously.

In view of the statement made, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the second respondent/Director General, School Education, to release the claimed benefit to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from receiving a certified copy of this order.
