(ORAL) Counsel for the respondent has brought to the notice of the Court the order dated 20th of September, 2022 whereby the petitioner namely Angrej Singh already stands promoted as Personal Assistant in pursuance to review of the seniority list on the basis of judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.28629 of 2017 titled as 'Jagtar Singh and others vs. Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, Patiala and another', dated 31st of October, 2018 and thus submits that the grievance of the petitioner having already been redressed, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Counsel for the petitioner is not in position to dispute the aforesaid fact.

Resultantly, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
