Learned counsel for the respondent informs that the order dated 29.05.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed in CRM-M-30657-2025 stands complied with as FIR bearing No.0070 dated 29.05.2026, has been registered under Section 138 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Section 425 IPC, at Police Station Mehna, District Moga. Copy of the FIR has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
