However, the learned trial Court concerned is directed to, within five months from today, decide in accordance with law, the session case, as arises, from FIR No. 48, dated 31.01.2020, lodged with Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar (P-1), carrying therein offence under Section 302 of IPC.
