NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The above-mentioned two civil revision petitions shall stand disposed of by this common order in terms of the compromise. Revision Petition No.5266-2019 came up for hearing before this Court on an application filed by the applicant-petitioner bearing CM-24072CII-2019 for pre-ponement of the date of hearing in view of the compromise. The said application is allowed by way of a separate order and the matter is accordingly listed today itself for disposing of the same. During pendency of the revision petitions, the matter has been MEENU 2019.12.03 13:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
CR-5266-2019 and another case -2compromised with the intervention of the respected persons of the society and the relatives. The dispute between all the parties stand amicably settled. In pursuance to the amicable settlement, a compromise-deed dated 03.11.2019 was executed between the parties. The said compromise has been placed on record as Annexure A-1 alongwith CM-24072-CII-2019 and is signed by all the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioners in both the civil revision petitions confirm the fact that the matter has been compromised and that Annexure A-1 is duly signed between the parties. The said compromise is supported by the affidavits of all the parties, Annexure A-2 (Colly-1 to Colly-4). Learned counsel representing the respondents in the respective revision petitions also admitted that the matter has been compromised vide Annexure A-1 and that they have instructions to state before this Court that they have no objection in case the revision petitions are disposed of in terms of the said compromise.
After perusing the compromise as well as the affidavits in support of the compromise and the statement made by learned counsel for the parties before this Court, there is no doubt that the said compromise is genuine.
In view of the above, the present revision petitions are disposed of in terms of the compromise. The said compromise be made part of the record and part of this order. Both the parties shall remain bound by the said compromise.
