(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.52, dated 22.06.2019, under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Women, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset submits that the petitioner/s and the complainant have amicably settled all their disputes and have decided to part ways. He further submits that in compliance of order dated 09.08.2019, the petitioners had joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. Therefore, the present petition be allowed. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Baljinder Singh, does not dispute the factum of the petitioners having joined investigation and having cooperated with the investigating agency. In the circumstances, the instant petitions is allowed and order dated 09.08.2019 is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
