JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) The petitioner was initially appointed as Beldar on 7.7.1980, in Sub Division Sidhwan, Irrigation Department, Ludhiana. He was promoted as Gaze Reader on 14.8.1994. The petitioner stands retired from service w.e.f. 31.1.2015, on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.

By filing the instant writ petition, the petitioner is seeking the change of his recorded date of birth in the service record from 2.1.1995 to 2.2.1959, based on the birth certificate as also a civil Court RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2018.11.27 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
