(ORAL) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondent to return all the security documents of the property of the petitioner and also to stay the auction proceedings of the property of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that in terms of order dated 06.09.2016, petitioner has deposited the amount of ` 6 lakhs and in turn the Bank has released the title deeds to the petitioner. It was, thus, urged that the petition has been rendered infructuous. This fact has not been disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
