The petitioner impugns the order dated 09.12.2015 vide which 396 votes are alleged to have been wrongly arrayed in village Budhera instead of village Chandu.

In this view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition as infructuous but with liberty to the petitioner to raise his plea in the Election Petition, if so advised. (4)
