(Oral) After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same before the competent Court of law where the jurisdiction lies keeping in view the relief sought qua the reinstatement of the petitioner in Indian Coast Guard, where the petitioner was working prior to the joining of the post of PTI in the State of Haryana.
