Mr. Surinder Garg, Advocate, for the petitioner. ***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to release the benefits of 14/24 years of service w.e.f. 01.11.2006 and the consequential benefits.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the benefits of 14 years of service have been granted to the petitioner with which he is satisfied. However, consequential benefits have not been given. Petition is, thus, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make his representation with regard to consequential benefits, if any.
