**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Mr. R.S. Longia, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that grievance of petitioner for nonissuance of appointment letter for the post of Assistant Lineman under Scheduled Category, no longer subsists as same has been issued. However, Ms. Alka Chatrath, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that claim with regard to seniority and pay fixation, would be point of determination.

Keeping in view the aforementioned facts, no cause of action survives in present writ petition and same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
