Through the instant petition the petitioner is seeking appropriate direction to the official respondents No.5 and 6 for conducting fair, impartial, transparent and time bout investigation in FIR No.005, dated 21.01.2025, registered under Section 103(1), 309(4) of BNS (corresponding to Section 302, 392 IPC) at Police Station GRP Panipat, District GRP Ambala Cantt.

Learned State counsel has submitted that a cancellation report has since been filed and polygraphy test has been ordered 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.
