RAJESH BINDAL, J Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to issue police clearance certificate to the petitioner on his passport No.H9663695 dated 30.8.2010, as he intends to go abroad. It is not in dispute that the petitioner is an accused in FIR No.48 dated 1.6.2012 registered under Sections 302, 120-B, 34 IPC. In the light of that no direction can be issued to the authorities to issue police clearance certificate to the petitioner, hence, the present petition is dismissed.
