(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing show cause notice dated 14.07.2022 (Annexure P-16) passed by respondent No.2 (Divisional Retail Head, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Jalandhar), termination order dated 23.10.2023 (Annexure P-19) passed by respondent No.3 (Executive Director and State Head, Punjab State Office) and order dated 27.02.2024 (Annexure P-23) passed by respondent No.4 {Executive Director (Retail Sales-N&E) and Appellate Authority, Indian Oil Corporation Limited}. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain more documents are required to be attached in the present writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with HIMANI GUPTA 2025.07.21 11:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars and after attaching all the required documents.
