The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered vide FIR No. 86, dated 21.9.2020, Police Station Mehna, District Moga, under Sections 307, 452, 337, 506 of IPC (Section 338 IPC added later on) and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is a case of dispute amongst brothers and the same has been amicably resolved amongst the parties and in fact a petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise has also been filed in this Court which somehow could not be listed today.

Learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Sukhpal Singh has informed that the parties are stated to have amicably resolved their issues and have compromised.

In view of the aforestated position wherein the petitioner and the accused who are real brothers have amicably resolved their issues, this Court does not find it to be a case for custodial interrogation, the petition as such, is accepted and in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Arresting/Investigating Officer and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
