Present revision has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 10.08.2021 passed by Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Faridabad, whereby second motion under Section 13-B(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act was declined.

Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that the period of 06 (six) months is already over on 04.01.2022 and now the matter is pending for 28.03.2022; thus, the present petition is virtually rendered infructuous.
