***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus seeking directions to the respondents to disburse complete salary to the petitioner along with interest.

On 08.09.2022, following orders were passed by this Court:- "Learned State counsel, on advance services appears and per his instructions from Sh. Brijesh Kumar, Clerk of BDPO Hathin, upto date salary to the petitioner till the date she worked has been disbursed to her, which is though controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, who vehemently states that in case it is proved correct, petitioner shall forthwith would be out of the Court. Learned State counsel seeks time to furnish the proof thereof. At his request, adjourned to 19.09.2022."

Apropos, learned State counsel has handed over a salary statement of the petitioner giving month-wise details of remittance made to her, which is taken on record and marked as Annexure 'A'.

In view of the above, no further proceedings are warranted. Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
