He alleges that the Gram Panchayat land comprising khasra Nos.387 (0-6), 397 (0-2) and 399 (0-2) which is a public passage has been encroached upon and despite several applications moved by the Sarpanch and other residents of the village, no demarcation is being carried out by the authorities. A complaint-cum-representation dated 11.01.2016 (P-3) is said to have been made in this regard. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view the nature of relief sought in the instant writ petition, we dispose of the same with a direction to MOHINDER KUMAR 2016.03.01 11:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
