(ORAL) The present peƟƟon has been filed under ArƟcle 226 of the ConsƟtuƟon of India read with SecƟon 482 Cr.P.C praying for the issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus direcƟng the official respondents to get release the detenue (name withheld) daughter of present peƟƟoner from the illegal detenƟon of private respondents. 2.

State counsel on instrucƟons submits that the detenue was traced on 31.07.2023 and aŌer that, her statement under SecƟon 164 Cr.P.C was recorded and pursuant to that, she was sent back to her parents and necessary criminal acƟon has already been taken.
