CWP No. 3826 of 2016 issued to the respondents to take a decision on the said legal notice within a time bound frame.

Accordingly, without commenting on the merits of the case and in view of the fact that the legal notice is still pending consideration, this Court does not feel necessary to call upon the respondents to file reply. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to competent authority of the respondents to take into consideration the legal notice dated 07.10.2015 (Annexure P-5) and decide the same within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. In case the representation is decided in favour of the petitioner, the amounts due be paid within a period of 2 months thereafter. Needless to say that in case the relief is to be denied, the order should contain reasons. 26.02.2016 (G.S.
