Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to duly emboss the General Power of Attorney executed by proforma respondent No.6 in favour of the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the power of attorney has been received by the petitioner on 12.03.2025 and within 3 months thereof on 15.05.2025, the request for appointment for embossing it was made, however, no decision thereon has been taken. He, on instructions, prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. He also relies on the judgment passed in Pedapudi Alfred Johnson Jeyakaran Jesudasan vs. The State of Andhra Pradesh, Writ Petition No.30906 of 2021, decided on 21.03.2022, wherein similar application made was directed to be allowed.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that his request for embossing made shall be decided within a period of 8 weeks, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
