RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to official respondents to take legal action against the private respondents who have cut down the trees from the water works area of the village without the permission of village panchayat or the concerned Department.

From perusal of the record it appears that petitioner is not being represented since 09.11.2022. Same is the position as on date. It seems that petitioner is not interested in pursuing this case. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
