(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.64 dated 23.05.2023, registered under Sections 458, 323, 34 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (offence under Sections 379-B and 411 of the IPC were added later on vide DDR No.31 dated 28.05.2023), at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 31.07.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurmej Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 31.07.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
