SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already approached Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram, for redressal of his grievances as the said Authority has got statutory powers to resolve the issues raised in the instant writ petition. He, thus, seeks and is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his complaint before RERA, Gurugram.
