          In consonance with the observations made by this Court, in the order dated 09.08.2024, counsel for the respondent/caveator has filed an affidavit of Pawan Aggarwal, Secretary, Seth Kirorimal Dharmarth Society, Opposite Housing Board Colony, Old G.T. Road Palwal, Haryana, which is taken on record.

Counsel for the respondent heard.

The reivison petition has been filed by Hira Lal, to assail the two affirmatory orders of ejectment, passed by the court below. However, none is making appearance on behalf of the petitioner. In fact, on 09.08.2024, counsel for the respondent had brought to the notice of the court that the landlord has taken the possession of the demised premises, whereupon, the affidavit was asked to be filed. The said affidavit has been Sonu 2024.10.01 15:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document P&HHC

 CR-6457-2019 (O&M) filed, which is taken on record today itself, along with order dated 02.08.2023, passed by the court below.

Perusal of the same reveals that before the Executing Court, it was disclosed by the Decree Holder i.e. respondent about the possession having been delivered to him and on the basis thereof, the execution petition was dismissed, being fully satisfied.

In the given circumstances, since none is making appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the revision petition, in hand, is dismissed for want of prosecution, more particularly, considering the aforesaid circumstances, as spelt out from the affidaivt and the order passed by learned Executing Court.
