(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in criminal case having FIR No.55 dated 20.07.2022 registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 (Section 326 added later on) IPC at Police Station Chamkaur Sahib District Rupnagar.

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the last date of hearing, detailed order was passed by the coordinate bench of this Court while granting interim bail to petitioner Iqbal Singh and at the same time the present petition qua petitioner No.1 Sandeep Singh was dismissed. The counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the light of the previous order, petitioner Iqbal Singh has joined investigation with the police. The State counsel on instructions from ASI Naresh Kumar has admitted that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police and that recovery has been effected and now petitioner Iqbal Singh is not required by JITEN SHARMA 2022.11.14 18:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
