ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) CM No.714-CWP-2018 This is an application for final disposal of the writ petition as the same is squarely covered by the judgment dated 12.12.2017 rendered in CWP No.24190 of 2017 "Dilbag Singh Vs. State of Haryana and others" (Annexure A-1).

CWP-25022-2017 (O&M) CWP-25022-2017 Vide order being assailed, dated 20.07.2017 (Annexure P-2), the order of transfer, dated 08.05.2017, whereby the petitioner was transferred from CBS, Faridabad, to Jhajjar, has since been withdrawn. And again he was asked to rejoin the duty at CBS, Faridabad. And, the petitioner has since joined at Faridabad in compliance to the impugned order. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in the matter involving similar issues, as regards transfer of the employees of the Transport Department, Haryana, vide order and judgment, dated 12.12.2017 (Annexure A-1), rendered in CWP No. 24190 of 2017 (Dilbag Singh v. State of Haryana and others) and other connected matters, this Court had issued comprehensive directions. And the grievance/claim of the petitioner shall be considered in terms thereof and the respondents shall pass appropriate orders within six weeks from today.

That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantive survives in this petition and the same be disposed of in the above terms.
